Tele calling (Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Product knowledge: Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales and conversion: Generate interest, persuade customers to make purchases, and close deals over the phone.
• Lead management: Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Customer service: Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional service.
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in a CRM system
