Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls : Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products or services. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Sales Conversion : Persuade potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
