Tele Calling Executive

Techbitz Software Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and skilled in engaging prospects over calls to generate conversions and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Make proactive calls to potential customers to explain products, services, and company offerings.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover and timely closure of deals.
• Answer client queries, provide information, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduation (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and target-driven.
