About Talent Craft India

Talent Craft India is an online skill-building platform offering live classes in Coding, Chess, Abacus, and Rubik’s Cube for children aged 5–15 years. We are looking for Telecallers who can communicate with parents, share course details, and assist in student enrollment.

Job Summary

The Telecaller will make outbound calls to parents, explain the available courses, follow up with interested leads, and support the admissions team. This role requires good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to parents to share course information.
• Explain learning benefits and answer queries clearly.
• Follow up with interested parents via call and WhatsApp.
• Schedule demo classes and update the operations team.
• Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
• Provide polite and professional customer service.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Ability to understand parent needs and provide correct information.
• Basic computer/phone skills (WhatsApp, calling, Excel).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
