About Us:
Navigo Academy is an education and training institute offering professional courses in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and other technical fields. We are expanding our admissions team and looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to help students register for our programs.

Job Overview:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in guiding students about our career-oriented courses and encouraging them to register. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are confident on calls, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career in sales and education counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain details of our courses (Digital Marketing, Web Development, Technical Programs).
• Provide accurate information on fees, duration, and benefits of the courses.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure student registrations.
• Maintain records of calls and student information in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and registrations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Friendly and confident while speaking on phone.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Ability to handle objections positively and motivate students.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
