We are hiring a Tele caller for Night shift to join our team at DataTec Solutions (a USA based Company). This is a full-time position based in Sawkuchi, Guwahati, Assam India. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for inbound calls from patients for scheduling appointments and providing information about our Doctor's Office. Outbound Calls also includes calls to Insurance to follow-up with the claims and payments.
