Job Description

Responsible for Inbound & Outbound calls. Patient Relationship like receiving, registration & coordinating for their journey. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads. Explain products/services, answer questions, and address customer queries professionally. Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales depending on the campaign objective. Maintain a high level of customer service during all interactions. Update call logs, customer information, and follow-up details in CRM or call sheets. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle rejections positively and keep improving script delivery and conversion skills.
