Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers (both B2C and B2B), providing information about our services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about solar energy solutions and services offered by Astitva Energies. Handle inbound queries professionally and efficiently. Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and maintain an updated database of customer interactions. Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure proper handover of warm leads. Maintain and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and resolve queries in a professional manner. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and improve conversion rates. Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of customer communication. Skills & Qualifications Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Educational Qualification : Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Experience : 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure. Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy is an advantage but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Key Competencies Customer-focused mindset.
