Job Summary: ARKCA is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive for our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both outbound and inbound calls using a CRM system , with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients as per campaign/target lists. Handle inbound queries efficiently and provide necessary information or support. Maintain and update records of customer interactions and details in the CRM software . Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or qualified leads. Understand client needs and provide relevant product or service information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Adhere to quality standards and maintain compliance with company protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Hands-on experience using CRM systems for call tracking and customer management. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, consulting , or similar sectors is a plus.
