Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing solutions, and resolving issues. Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company's offerings. Closing sales deals over the phone, taking orders, and processing transactions. Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, notes, and follow-up actions in a database. Contributing to team performance and meeting individual sales targets. Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
