This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller to connect with potential clients over the phone, explain project details, and understand customer needs. The role involves regular follow-ups and coordination with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on assigned leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects accordingly. Clearly communicate project features and benefits over the phone. Encourage customers to schedule site visits. Share qualified leads with the sales team for further engagement. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer orientation with a problem-solving mindset Telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in real estate Proficiency in English and Telugu or Hindi Familiarity with CRM systems Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Word Understanding of sales processes and customer handling Educational Qualification: Any Graduate from any specialization
