Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as
Telecaller
for a leading banking process. The role involves connecting with existing and potential customers to promote and cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend inbound or make outbound calls to customers and introduce suitable banking products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up effectively.
Ensure adherence to bank’s compliance and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Freshers as well as candidates with 6–12 months of telecalling / sales experience preferred.
