Join Our Team – Urgent Openings

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to contact students, explain our training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students from the provided database.
Provide detailed information about various training courses (e.g., software development, networking, data analytics, digital marketing, etc.).
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, career opportunities, and training process.
Handle student queries and provide accurate and updated information.
Follow up with interested students to ensure enrollment.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and admissions.
Coordinate with the counseling and training team for smooth admission processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to explain information clearly and convincingly.
Basic understanding of IT courses (training will be provided ).
Ability to work with MS Excel, CRM, or call management software.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is an added advantage.
