Job Description / Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads for the real estate sales team. Client Follow-Up : Follow up with leads from various sources (online inquiries, walk-ins, etc.) to convert them into potential buyers or renters. Product Knowledge : Provide detailed information about available properties, including their features, prices, and location benefits, to prospective clients. Scheduling Appointments : Schedule property viewings or meetings with the sales team for interested clients. CRM Management : Update and maintain the CRM system with client details, call logs, and follow-up reminders. Customer Queries : Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Database Management : Assist in maintaining and updating the client database for effective follow-ups and marketing. Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and assist in closing deals. Telemarketing Campaigns : Execute telemarketing campaigns to promote new listings, offers, or services. Desired Profile of the Candidate : Experience : 1-3 years of experience as a tele-caller, preferably in the real estate industry. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and phone systems. Education : Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Attributes : Target-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to handle client rejections professionally. Compensation (CTC) : 10,000 - 18,000 per month (based on experience and performance, with additional incentives for achieving targets).
