1) Calling:
- Develop and implement strategies across various channels to call and connect the customers, through various sources and promote our services.
- The calling may include cold calling, existing customers, new inquiries or any references.
- Ensure the feedback of the customers are noted and suggestions are reviewed and report to the management on a timely basis about the updates.
- Connect to the Digital Marketing team and get the data as per the requirement and suggest the team about the authenticity of the data to make necessary changes by DMT.
2) Coordination:
- Smooth coordination with the various departments/teams both internal and external for closure of the deal and help operations generate moderate to full occupancy of the property.
- Handle customer queries from site visits to exit formalities by coordinating with Operations, Finance and Marketing teams.
3) Reporting:
- Calling reports – Prepare & Maintain the data been provided by the marketing team with daily calling info, feedback, visits and closures.
- Survey reports – Ensure all the customers are called to record their feedback on monthly basis & at the time of check out and the same is shared with the Marketing teams and the Management.
Develop and maintain the reports/formats and convert the data to analyze at to understand the trends in the industry and impact of the promotional activities.
