Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, database calling, and inbound inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly.
• Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales (preferably in solar or renewable energy).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy products is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
