Position Title: Tele caller Experience: 6 months -2 Yrs Location : Hadapsar, FC Road Notice period: Immediate Joiner Job Time : Full time Job Summary: A Tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues. They play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services. Follow up with leads or prospects provided by the sales team or collected through campaigns. Use scripts or create tailored pitches to introduce and explain products/services. Customer Support: Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. Sales and Lead Generation: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales. Cross-sell or upsell additional products or services as appropriate. Capture relevant customer data and update CRM systems accordingly. Data Management: Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM or relevant systems. Track and follow up on leads, potential sales, and customer queries. Prepare regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback. Market Research: Identify customer needs and preferences by asking probing questions. Gather feedback and insights from customers to help improve products or services. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team. Coordinate with customers to arrange follow-up calls or meetings. Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure all calls comply with company policies, data protection laws, and industry standards. Adhere to quality guidelines for call handling, including tone, clarity, and professionalism. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, tips, and best practices.
