Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Generate new leads through cold calling. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch. Basic computer knowledge for data entry. Ability to build rapport with potential customers. Organizational and time management skills.
