Make Calls to Potential services and explain the services we provide Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls Modifying and improvising sales pitches in response to customer demand Acquiring and retaining contact information databases Put forward suggestions according to the requirements of the consumer Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action Book and Schedule Appointments of Sales Person Specification High school Diploma, Graduation or Equivalent Experience as a tele-caller or similar role in sales department Kannada language must be known.
