Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone to introduce and promote products or services. Generate Leads: Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and interests. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly telemarketing sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues. Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
