Job Title: Tele-caller

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing accurate information about the school's admissions process, facilities, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries.
Provide clear and professional information on school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, admission process, deadlines, and values.
Follow up with potential leads generated through campaigns, website, referrals, and school events.
Schedule school visits, campus tours, and counselling appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or admissions software.
Coordinate with the admissions team for prompt resolution of queries.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Pleasant tone and clear articulation
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Confidence in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic digital platforms
High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or admissions (experience in an international school is a plus)
