Job Overview: We at Pranava Group a company into real estate for two and half decades are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and setting up site visits. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for real estate, wed love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors. Provide detailed information about property listings, pricing, and features. Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties. Follow up with leads and schedule site visits. Maintain and update customer database regularly. Address client queries and concerns in a professional manner. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller, sales executive, or similar role in real estate or a related field. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency of real estate trends and market conditions. Proficiency Basic knowledge in MS Office and CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or real estate is a plus.
