We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector, with a passion for customer engagement and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects. Understand customer requirements and provide details about available properties. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads and convert them into sales. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property showings. Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and client interactions. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize incentives. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals.
