Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Guwahati. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing information about our courses and programs, answering their questions, and resolving any issues. The Telecaller will keep a record of calls and customer responses, follow up on leads, and work closely with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles Ability to work independently and meet targets Previous experience in educational institutions is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred Show more Show less
