Job Title: Telecaller Location: Andheri, Sakinaka Manufacturers of Resort Equipment Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week Experience: Freshers - 2 years Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients for promoting and selling resort equipment. Answer inbound calls and provide information about products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve performance. Requirements: Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
