Role Description This is a full-time remote role or onsite (Salem) as a Telecaller at Travelfika. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying leads, explaining our offerings, answering customer queries, and maintaining a database of customer information. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for travel. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service experience Familiarity with travel destinations and the tourism industry Effective time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent qualification Show more Show less
