Telecaller – Education Counsellor (NIOS,IGNOU & Vocational Courses) Location: Aluva Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2 years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + incentives (based on experience and performance) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Telecaller to join our education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries related to NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), SSLC, Plus Two, Degree, and Vocational courses . You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through the admission process, offering information, and ensuring they understand the value of continuing education. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided. Provide clear and accurate information about NIOS, SSLC, Plus Two, Degree, and Vocational Courses. Counsel students and parents on the benefits and procedures of open schooling and distance education. Follow-up regularly with leads via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp. Maintain a database of all calls and update details in CRM. Handle inquiries through phone and walk-ins professionally. Support students throughout the admission and documentation process. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree. Good communication skills Confidence in speaking to students and parents over the phone. Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM handling. Patience and ability to guide students from diverse backgrounds. Passion for education and student success. Preferred: Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, or education sales. Knowledge of NIOS system ignou degree courses or other open schooling formats.
