Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases. Explain products/services and answer customer questions clearly. Maintain follow-ups with interested customers. Keep records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and transfer complex issues to senior staff. Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with customers. Requirements: 12th pass or a bachelor’s degree in any field. Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. Confidence and strong persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
