ob Title: Telecaller (Fresher) – Work From Home Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) Experience: Fresher Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Days Off) Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Languages Required: Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, English (Must) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Clearly communicate information in Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, and English as per the customer’s preference. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer details in CRM. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction or convert into sales. Meet daily and weekly calling targets. Requirements: Fresher candidates are welcome . Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, and English (spoken). Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets preferred). Must have a smartphone or laptop with a good internet connection. Strong communication skills and a polite, confident tone. Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
