We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele-Callers to generate sales leads, promote products/services, and convert prospects into customers. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer database (CRM) with updated information, call notes, and lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
Strong sales aptitude and ability to handle rejections positively.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or Excel tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Time management and organization skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
