Tele Caller Executive

A telecaller position at an IT company involves contacting potential clients via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and potentially close sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients based on predefined criteria.
• Product/Service Presentation: Explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of the IT products or services.
• Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead information.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
• Following Up: Following up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and potentially English.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to convince clients and close deals.
• IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
• Sales Skills: Ability to identify needs, present solutions, and overcome objections.
• Target Orientation: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and learn new products or services quickly.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,372.83 per month
