Job Title: Telecaller Location: Gota, Ahmedabad Company: Aaima Water Solution Job Summary: Aaima Water Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team in Gota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products and services, and generating leads or setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote water purification products. Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns. Provide detailed information about products and services. Maintain and update the customer database. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus). Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
