About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is looking for smart and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to manage student inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with students, updating leads in the CRM system, and supporting the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth communication flow.This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in student handling, CRM tools, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Follow up with new leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, or Meriito).
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure timely responses and lead conversions.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports of communication and follow-ups.
• Assist in executing campaigns and automation workflows for improved engagement.
• Share student feedback and insights to enhance marketing and outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or academic counseling (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
