Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Tele Caller Executives to join our reputed banking partner. The role involves promoting banking products, engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and building long-term customer relationships. This position offers an excellent platform for individuals aspiring to grow their career in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Banking Products & Services:

Make outbound calls to customers to explain and promote banking products such as personal loans, savings accounts, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance plans. Guide customers in choosing suitable financial options.

• Handle Customer Inquiries:

Address customer questions related to banking services, provide accurate information, clarify doubts, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Build Customer Relationships:

Maintain positive and professional communication with customers. Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

• Maintain Accurate Records:

Update customer data in CRM systems, document interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes systematically.

• Achieve Targets:

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals to support overall team performance.

• Compliance & Quality:

Adhere to call scripts, banking guidelines, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Born and brought up in North India (Preferred)
• Candidate should be fluent in Hindi language
• Telecalling experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Skills:

• Fluent in Hindi communication
• Excellent telephone etiquette with persuasive and confident communication
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
• Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and CRM systems
