Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join Mazus Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads into bookings, follow up with guests/agents, and support the reservations and sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and outbound follow-ups.
• Explain room categories, pricing, offers, and package details to guests.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain daily call reports, enquiry logs, and booking updates.
• Coordinate with reservation team, front office, and property managers.
• Follow up with guests for confirmation, payments, and feedback.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Support in upselling resort services, packages, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and repeat customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English + regional languages preferred).
• Confident phone handling and customer service ability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM/PMS).
• Strong sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Good listening skills, patience, and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
• Preferred: Experience in telecalling, reservations, customer support, or hospitality.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
