Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential customers over the phone. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, making sales calls and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities : Guide new sellers through the registration process on the ipshopy.com platform, ensuring they have all the necessary information and documentation to successfully sign up. Accurately enter seller details such as business information, product categories, pricing and other necessary data into the system. Assist sellers with any queries or issues they may have during the registration process and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth onboarding. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain daily call logs and report outcomes to the team leader/manager. Requirements : Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly. Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience in tele calling or customer service. Excellent verbal communication skills in English or Hindi. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
