As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients/customers over the phone, answering queries, providing information, and generating leads or sales (as per requirement). Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers (based on provided data). Understand and communicate our services/products clearly and confidently. Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information. Record and maintain call logs and follow-up details. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Requirements: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a MUST . Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift - IST) . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle calls confidently and remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (optional but a plus). Freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
