We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team at AFCI Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company database.
Explain company services and offerings in a clear, confident manner.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
Maintain records of calls and client responses in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections effectively and professionally.
Support in promotional activities when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
✅ Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a positive manner.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
