Job description for Customer Relationship Executive profile :- 1) An ability to manage client’s requirements. 2) Co-ordinate with client’s regarding OTP’s. 3) Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel. 4) Handle customer inquires both telephonically and by emails. 5) Accurately data inputs client information in CRM system. 6) Receiving & processing of all in-coming & out-coming calls/mails. 7) Take a follow-up with clients regarding payments. 8) Proficients with computer spreadsheets & Microsoft office products. 9) Perform tasks assigned by manager.
