Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (BPO/call center). Excellent convincing ability, communication, interpersonal, selling skills. Strong understanding of insurance industry products/services preferred but not mandatory.
