Telecalling Executive – Construction Sales (Malayalam Speaking) Location: Kochi, Kerala Industry: Construction / Real Estate Experience Required: 1–3 years in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B sales Language Requirement: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our sales team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our construction services, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our construction services. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure high conversion rates. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
