Tele Caller & Admission Counsellor

Role Overview: As a member of our team, your role will involve making outbound calls to prospective students and parents. You will be responsible for providing detailed information about our courses, admissions process, and benefits. Additionally, you will need to follow up on inquiries and ensure that targets are met. It will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain records of interactions and update databases accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents - Provide detailed information about courses, admissions process, and benefits - Follow up on inquiries and ensure targets are met - Maintain records of interactions and update databases Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability - Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred What We Offer: In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary with performance incentives. Additionally, pick and drop facilities are available from Borivali Station, Mira Road Station & Vasai Station.
