Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Performance

  : You will monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure operations are seamless and to identify areas for optimization.

• Technical Support

  : Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly, working in collaboration with senior engineers.

• Installation and Configuration

  : Participate in the installation and configuration of

  AWS, VMware, and Nutanix

  components, which will help ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.

• Team Collaboration

  : Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Required Qualifications

• Education

  : A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience

  :

  0-1 years

  of experience in IT service delivery management.

• Technical Knowledge

  : A familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to technologies like

  AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix

  is a plus.

• Skills

  : You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Adaptability

  : A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment is essential.
