Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills : Infrastructure As Code (IaC)
Good to have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of systems and enhancing the overall efficiency of operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with configuration management and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
