Technology Strategy Consultant

Role Overview: As a Technology Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, which focuses on helping clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders at client organizations to drive end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. Your responsibilities will include business problem assessment, in-depth analysis of technology costs, guiding your team to suggest solutions, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with client stakeholders to understand their problems, define problem statements, understand engagement scope, and drive projects to deliver value - Analyze technology costs through various lenses such as business and technology, and provide insights for cost optimization - Guide your team in suggesting suitable solutions for clients and help create practical implementation road maps - Mentor junior team members, contribute to developing assets and accelerators, lead go-to-market activities, and support business development efforts - Create business cases to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or IT transformations - Develop high-impact thought leadership content and participate in professional forums - Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within the team Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in excel modeling, statistical analysis, and data interpretation - Understanding of technology cost components, IT budget forecasting, IT chargeback process, cloud financial management, IT value realization, and IT org sizing - Experience in tech cost reduction, financial analysis, value office strategy, digital strategy formulation, and sourcing optimization - Strong consulting skills, leadership values, stakeholder management, and team handling capabilities - Ability to create CXO narratives, drive C-suite discussions, manage budgeting activities, and build financial proposals - Proficiency in creating expert content, delivering presentations, and engaging in public speaking - Advanced skills in number crunching on Excel or Power BI reporting - Commitment to accelerating equality and promoting responsible business practices Company Details: Accenture is a global professional services company offering services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
