Technology Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Responsible for defining and implementing the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the NBFCs business objectives and regulatory requirements • Software & Hardware Solutions: Assess, evaluate, and recommend appropriate software (LOS, LMS, etc.) and hardware solutions • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the setup of the IT infra, including network installation, server management, and security systems • Report to the Promoter directly.

Technology Roadmap: • Develop the technology architecture, aligning with business goals and ensuring it meets the regulatory requirements for NBFC operations • Define technical solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ensuring that LOS and LMS solutions meet RBI guidelines) • Provide recommendations on emerging technology trends that can be applied to NBFCs, including automation and digital lending solutions Tech Solutions: • Evaluate and select suitable LOS, LMS, Cloud, BRE, DMS, ensuring that they integrate smoothly with other systems • Assess technology vendors, ensuring that thei solutions are cost-effective and compliant • Coordinate the procurement and installation of IT hardware (networks, servers, security systems) IT Infrastructure & Security Management:: • Set up and manage IT infrastructure, including data storage, networking, cybersecurity and server configurations.

Industry Experience: • 6-8 years of experience in technology project management in financial services, preferably with experience in NBFCs or banks in the lending space • Experience with loan processing systems (e.g., LOS, LMS) and familiarity with RBI regulations for financial services technology setups.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Project Management:

Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple technology workstreams (e.g., software implementation, IT infrastructure setup)

Proficiency in evaluating and selecting financial technology software such as LOS, LMS, and ensuring proper integration with backend financial systems

– Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) for financial services, including data storage, processing, and disaster recovery setups

• Stakeholder Collaboration: – Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure the technology supports all regulatory and operational requirements for an NBFC
