Good to have skills : Site Reliability Engineering, SRE Observability

Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will create and manage both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. Your typical day will involve deploying automation pipelines and automating the processes of environment creation and configuration, ensuring that systems are efficient and reliable while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities: SRE Data visualization & scorecard Engineer – should carry deep experience in Grafana, ServiceNow Performance, Analytics, Power BI, defining custom SRE KPIs and scorecards, building dynamic filtering, cross-app heatmaps, data ingestion automation, and integrating feeds from Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow into a cohesive narrative - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain documentation for cloud environments and automation processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Visualization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SRE Observability, Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Visualization. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
