Job Description

Job Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing consulting team by fostering key qualities such as problem-solving, effective communication, adaptability, and a deep understanding of customer needs, with a shared commitment to customer excellence. Develop initiatives to encourage innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team. Empower internal teams with the tools, training, and resources required to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Manage team members across several types of work streams; Project based work, managed services engagements, production environments, custom development. Establish performance metrics focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and business impact. Client-Centric Engagement & Delivery: Partner with clients (internal and external) to deeply understand their challenges, objectives, and aspirations to co-create impactful technology solutions. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless solutions to clients. Ensure every engagement exceeds client expectations by delivering innovative, reliable, and results-driven solutions. Proactively gather and act on client feedback by implementing structured mechanisms such as surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions, and regularly measure the impact of changes to ensure continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of consulting services. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and address client opportunities and challenges. Drive the growth of the consulting practice by focusing on delivering customer value and strengthening client trust. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to continuously evolve the consulting practice. Lead the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and blogs, with a strong emphasis on customer success stories. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and client forums to showcase customer-centric expertise. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is a plus). 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading customer-focused engagements. Expertise in enterprise application consulting, digital transformation, and cloud technologies, with strong business acumen. Demonstrated ability to understand and address both external client challenges and internal stakeholder needs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in key technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Workday) is highly desirable.
