Partnering with key internal stakeholders to translate bank strategy into objectives and plans for implementation while supporting the delivery of world class technology solutions Planning and managing platform operations including production support, systems and database administration, network operations, and client service Ensuring systems performance and service level requirements are met through appropriate capacity management practices Managing and maintaining strategic relationships with key IT product and services providers Transferring business requirements into technical solutions Providing in-depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives including oversight of Software Development Lifecycle including Release Management practices Proactively managing and remediating the risk Division overview Corporate Banking is a technology centric business and is focused on offering Payment solutions to satisfy an ever-increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems with access to supporting data for real time processing.
