Technical Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Big Data and Cloud technologies. Actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of intricate systems. Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of skilled professionals, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure the success of projects. Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with a strategic mindset. Provide innovative solutions and guide the team in overcoming obstacles related to Big Data and Cloud environments. Team Development: Invest in the growth and development of team members, identifying training needs, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with architects and other leads to align technology strategies with business goals, particularly in the realm of Big Data and Cloud. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical leadership in Big Data and Cloud environments. Strong proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and programming languages related to Big Data (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure ). Proficiency with Databricks / Snowflake will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
